How far in advance should we book?
We typically recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for the best availability. That said, shorter timelines are sometimes possible, so feel free to reach out even if your event is coming up soon.
Once you approve your custom proposal, we’ll ask for a signed agreement and a deposit to lock in your date. Full details are provided in the proposal.
We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling and cancellation policies depend on the type of booking and timing. Full details are provided in your agreement, and we always aim to work collaboratively to find solutions.

What are the space requirements?
Workshops need an open floor space for movement and group activities. A room that can comfortably fit your group with space to move is ideal. We’ll help you determine what works.
A sound system or speakers for music, and ideally a piano or keyboard. For larger groups, a microphone is helpful. We’ll provide a detailed requirements list based on your specific booking.
Drop-in workshops vary by session. Custom workshops can accommodate 5 to 100+ participants depending on the space and format. We’ll help determine what works best.
Accessibility is important to us. Workshop and performance accessibility depends on the venue, but we are happy to discuss ADA accommodations and ASL interpretation whenever possible. Please let us know your needs when booking.
